RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: Once the bag is accepted and paid for by the customer there are no returns unless there is a manufacturing error. Additional fees may apply if changes are requested after design is approved by customer.  If a bag is purchased as a gift and the recipient is unhappy with the choice, an exchange can be made for a bag in the same price range as long as the bag has not been used.
